a man has been calling me. hes not from hp or the antivirus software i have. Is he a hacker?

Put this way if you didn't request service calls or are on a Service Ticket then consider it a scam and don't give remote access to your laptop or email acccount or any identifying information about you. No one from Microsoft support nor HP support will call unless you give your consent for them to call you. Also I would report that to HP support or Microsoft support depending on whom they say they are representing also ask them to give their Empolyee ID number and Call back number. That will make them think twice about calling you. This is a good method to force them to identify themselves and then you can call HP or Microsoft Support and give the info to verify this is legit.

BTW, Millions of folks have gone back from Win10 to their prior O/S -- something you don't hear about from MS. by WAWood but ALL to TRUE
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Those that want HD Gaming should plan to invest in a Gaming Laptop to handle those requirements. Eamples GTA V or Crysis 3.
