when i connect my ethernet and then when i turn on the hotspot of laptop it gets switch on but doesnt get connected to my phone and neither to other phones also and my wifi is not working properly

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

 

I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer.

 

1) Kindly refer to the steps on this link and let me know if that fixes the issue.

 

2) Uninstall the printer software by following the steps from this link and restart the device.

 

3) Click on the link to add a printer again using the HP smart app.

 

Also, update the printer firmware by clicking on this link.
