I am unable to save information from emails

This depends ENTIRELY on what application you are using to handle your emails.

 

If this is a form of Webmail, you have to contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) because they provide support for the Webmail app they provide you.

 

Any other app, you would have to contact the company that sells and supports the apps -- as there are LOTS of these and we have no way of knowing how every one of them saves emails.
