Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

HP recommends connecting the PC to a router rather than a hotspot or a guest network.

 

Hotspots are not a reliable connection. You may have intermittent connectivity issues. Refer to this document to know how to setup a hotspot on your iOS device.

 

Once done, on the PC, click on the wireless icon and select your hotspot to connect.
