how do i returned my HP latop

Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

My product name is HP LAPTOP 14-CF3068NIA. my laptop is experiencing input (internal) mouse failure. 

All effort to reset the system to enable the internal mouse functioning has failed. 

my laptop started experiencing this problem just 2 months after i purchase the product.

kindly let me know the process to reach you because my laptop is still under the speculated warranty period.
