Well I succeeded,

 

in the end it was just to wake up the card and windows will installed all the correct driverss

I used the turn all of/on from the wireless assistanse screen.

 

Now windows installed all driver and it's working (see all in the device manager) but cannot see it in the connection manager or wireless assistance

 

Any suggestion?

 

Is it just to put the sim card into the slot or I need to use any third party software to connect?

That is great news.

 

The driver/software for the WWAN card should be all that you needed.

 

I would imagine now you have to activate the setup with your cellular service--sim card and wwan device.

 

You may have to give them the IMEI # off the wwan card.

 

Unfortunately, I don't know why it isn't showing up in the connection manager software though.
