please help in how to start SIM card in my laptop and SIM already insert but not any response found in network.

I will bet that your notebook does not have a WWAN adapter.

If you have a different model notebook you will have to look up the service manual for the model notebook you have to install one of the supported WWAN adapters listed in chapter 3 of the service manual.
