How about starting with you providing some specific information relative to the issue you are having.

 

 

I suggest starting with the virtual assistant at the support portal for your laptop.

Did you happen to inadvertently press the camera privacy key? That will turn it off.

Hi, my main issue is trying to troubleshoot the camera for a certain exam I have to take. I've been trying to find ways on how to fix it but I can't figure it out. I already made sure to have my camera on and everything. The test I am taking is on On Vue and it keeps telling me that video stream issues were detected and said I have to troubleshoot my camera.
