Hi @ratanito,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand you're experiencing issues connecting your HP Chromebook to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, and both buttons appear to be disabled. Follow these steps to troubleshoot:

Update Chrome OS:

  • Ensure your Chrome OS is up to date. This can be checked by going to the settings and selecting "About Chrome OS" to check for updates.

Restart Chromebook and Network Devices:

  • Restart your Chromebook to reset any settings or connections that may have become disabled.
  • Restart your router and any network devices to ensure they are working correctly.

Check Hardware:

  • Verify there are no physical switches on your Chromebook that disable Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. Ensure they are turned on.

Re-enable Network and Bluetooth:

  • Navigate to your Chromebook’s settings.
  • Go to the "Network" section and try enabling Wi-Fi.
  • Navigate to the "Bluetooth" section and attempt to enable Bluetooth.

Check System Settings:

  • Sometimes system settings can disable network and Bluetooth functions. Look through your settings to ensure everything is correctly enabled.

Reset Network Settings:

  • Reset the network settings on the Chromebook by visiting "Settings" > "Network" and selecting "Forget" on all known networks. Then, reconnect to your desired network.

    I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
