Welcome to HP forums.

  • Run HP Support Assistant to make sure all the drivers on your computer is updated, including BIOS. Click here for assistance.

  • Once all the drivers are updated, please run a system test on your notebook by tapping F2 or ESC on start up to enter the system diagnostics mode. Click here to know more.

Keep me posted. 🙂

Hi - thanks for the help. Please note, I don't have an HP notebook, just a mouse. I have aLenono laptop, will HP Support Assistant still work?

@Jemski

If that's the case, then make sure all the drivers and windows are up to date. Once everything are updated, Re-start the computer and the mouse, and then try to pair again.

Let me know. 🙂

All You said is done, nothing changed. Win 10 says in BT section that HP Z5000 paired. But, mouse never starts. Shut down, restart etc all is done. Nothing changed.
