hp bluetooth mouse z5000 driver windows 10 - I have a Lenovo ThinkPad running Windows 10 and I have paired my mouse, it says it is ready to go, the mouse cursor starting 'thinking' (converts to round circle) but then nothing happens.... how do I can the mouse to control the cursor?

Run HP Support Assistant to make sure all the drivers on your computer is updated, including BIOS. Click here for assistance.

Once all the drivers are updated, please run a system test on your notebook by tapping F2 or ESC on start up to enter the system diagnostics mode. Click here to know more.

If that's the case, then make sure all the drivers and windows are up to date. Once everything are updated, Re-start the computer and the mouse, and then try to pair again.
