The hp hs3110 hspa+ mobile broadband adapter was not offered as a WWAN option in the 745 G6.

 

That model WWAN adapter only has driver support up to and including W10.

 

Use the W10 driver which should work on W11.

Manually install the driver if the auto install method doesn't work.
