Hi:
Below is the link to the product specs for your notebook.
HP Pavilion 15-n031sa Notebook PC Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support
It does not come with built in Bluetooth networking or that feature would have been listed along with the 802.11b/g/n Wireless Connectivity specification.
If you want to add Bluetooth to your notebook, you have two options.:
1. Purchase a USB Bluetooth adapter.
2. Replace the internal Wi-Fi card with one that has Bluetooth as well as Wi-Fi.
I recommend this model for your notebook, since it is also an upgrade to dual band AC Wi-Fi and has Bluetooth.
Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 802.11 ac 2x2 WiFi + BT 4.0 HP Part # 710661-001
You should be able to find this model Wi-Fi card on eBay.
Search by the HP part number, not the model of the Wi-Fi adapter.
Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the Wi-Fi card removal and replacement procedure.
