Hi @kekekeke ,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Error code 0x800f020b on a Windows system typically indicates that there is an issue with the installation or update process. In the context of your HP DeskJet 4155e All-In-One Printer, this error might be related to the printer driver or the communication between the printer and your Windows 11 system.

Here are steps you can try to resolve the issue:

Restart your Computer and Printer: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary issues. Restart both your computer and the HP DeskJet 4155e printer.

Check Windows Update: Ensure that your Windows 11 system is up to date with the latest updates, including the latest printer drivers. Go to Settings > Windows Update and check for updates.

Update Printer Drivers: Make sure you have the latest drivers for your HP DeskJet 4155e. You can download the latest drivers from the official HP website. Uninstall the existing drivers before installing the new ones.

Reinstall the Printer: Remove the printer from your system and then reinstall it. To do this, go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners, select your HP DeskJet 4155e, and click "Remove device." Then, reinstall the printer using the Add a printer wizard.

Run the Windows Printer Troubleshooter: Windows has a built-in troubleshooter that can help identify and fix printer-related issues. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot, and run the Printer troubleshooter.

Check Print Spooler Service: Ensure that the Print Spooler service is running. Press Win + R, type services.msc, and press Enter. Locate the Print Spooler service, right-click on it, and select Start.

Check for Paper and Ink: Make sure there is paper in the printer tray and that the ink cartridges are not empty. Sometimes, blank pages are printed when there's no ink or if the paper is not loaded correctly.

Reset the Printer: Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for a few minutes, and then plug it back in. Turn the printer on and check if the issue persists.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.-
