Hello.

The problem with this laptop is that it does not show Wi-Fi networks. When using the tool to diagnose network problems, it shows this message: "You are connected through a virtual network adapter that we cannot test."

I have tried to make it work with several drivers but I have had no success.

My version of Windows 11 is the home version.

I also tried to solve it by reinstalling the operating system but it didn't work.

I notice that the Bluetooth is also not working correctly. It appeared listed in the device manager but after applying a driver update it disappeared.

Apparently both are Realtek brand.
