im sure the problem isnt the charger because i tried many . i really dont have time to buy a new one . really need  a solution

I understand you have issues charging the Bluetooth speaker.

 

Also, I understand your concern and situation so don't worry I'd like to help you out.

 

Have you tried connecting the speaker to a different device?

 

Is the Bluetooth speaker completely charged?

 

Have you tried checking with a different USB cable?

 

Try checking with a different USB cable and a different wall outlet.

 

Check if the cables are securely connected to the bluetooth speaker.

 

Battery light

  • When the light is on, the batter is charging.

  • A blinking light indicates the battery is low.

  • When the light is off, the battery is charged.

If the issue still persists after trying out the steps. It is a hardware issue with the bluetooth speaker.

No, I know the instructions in the manual.

But it did not help. Light is  NOT on while charging, also the batter is  not charging anymore.

 

Also tried other cables without any luck.

 

Please can you help me?
