Hi @Kirk60

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

If Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are missing from the Device Manager on your Victus Gaming Laptop 15-fa0009ni, it could indicate a driver issue or a disabled adapter.

Here’s how to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:

Step 1: Check for Hidden Devices

  1. Open Device Manager (search for it in the Start menu).
  2. Click on View in the top menu and select Show hidden devices.
  3. Look for Bluetooth and Wi-Fi adapters under Network Adapters or Other Devices.
    • If they appear, right-click and select Enable.

Step 2: Update or Reinstall Drivers

  1. Visit the HP Support website and search for your laptop model (Victus Gaming Laptop 15-fa0009ni).
  2. Download and install the latest drivers for:
    • Wi-Fi adapter (e.g., Intel or Realtek).
    • Bluetooth adapter.
  3. Restart your laptop after installing the drivers.

Step 3: Check BIOS Settings

  1. Restart your laptop and press F10 repeatedly during startup to enter the BIOS.
  2. Navigate to the Advanced or System Configuration tab.
  3. Ensure that both Wireless LAN and Bluetooth are enabled.
  4. Save changes and exit the BIOS.

Step 4: Run Windows Troubleshooter

  1. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot.
  2. Select Additional troubleshooters and run:
    • Internet Connections for Wi-Fi issues.
    • Bluetooth for Bluetooth issues.

Step 5: Reset Network Settings

  1. Open Settings > Network & Internet > Status.
  2. Scroll down and click Network Reset.
  3. Restart your laptop and check if the adapters appear.

Step 6: Check for Windows Updates

  1. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
  2. Install any pending updates, especially optional updates related to drivers.

If this solution hits the spot, please come back and click "Accepted Solution" to help others find the answer. And if you'd like to say thanks, select "Yes" on the bottom left of the public post, as that would make our day! 😊

Take care, and have an amazing day!
