Hello, I recommend to you begin by update your driver here:
If the problem persist, please right click on "computer" and clic to "manage". In left go to "devices manager" and duplicate clic on "networks" section to see inside. Right clic on your card for "uninstall device". Select the option to delete all driver if available, clic OK and reboot your PC to check it is working better.
I am Expert from French Community, and I am doing my best to help you with your question.

Hi, @m0hamedmansour
Windows 10 should have automatically installed the latest driver for that model wifi adapter.
What is the driver version and date of the driver currently installed?
You can check that by going to the device manager, click to expand the Network Adapters device manager category.
Click on the Broadcom wifi adapter listed there. Click on the driver tab.
There you will find the driver version and date.
HP has a newer driver for that model wifi adapter than sp71994.

Hi:
Follow the guidance that Fanordi posted about uninstalling the device.
If that doesn't resolve the problem, you will probably have to replace the Broadcom wifi adapter.
I am pretty sure that there is only one antenna cable connected to that model wifi adapter.
If there is only one antenna cable then you can substitute the Broadcom card for this one.
Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11bgn 1×1 + BT 4 LE Combo Adapter HP part # 753077-001
If there happens to be two antenna cables connected to the Broadcom wifi card in there now, you can upgrade to this model wifi card:
Intel Dual Band Wireless-N 7260AN 802.11 a/b/g/n 2x2 WiFi + BT4.0 HP part # 717381-001
You should be able to find either card on eBay.
Search by the HP part number, not the model of the wifi adapter.
Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the wifi card removal and replacement procedure.
