Product: HP Notebook 15-dy1018ca

I have no access to the internet and from what can see there is a problem with the Microsoft Input Configuration device with the i2c hid device and get a code 19. It looks like I need a driver but having issues finding one. Unless I am wrong and it is something else.

Ideas?
