Hello;

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

My guess is that you Upgraded your laptop from Win7 to Win10 and now, you are trying to install the Gobi Qualcomm drivers, right?

While some Win7 drivers DO work in Win10, not all of them do.

Here is an old HP thread about this same problem -- but in Win7 -- and the solutions that folks found worked:  http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Wireless-and-Networking/Unable-to-install-driver-for-Qualcomm-...

Good Luck
