Hi,

Please forgive, but I'm 78 years old and not great with these things.  When I'm trying to install my new HP Office Jet Pro Printer 8035e it says to disconnect from VPN ?  I don't know how or what it means.  I do know that it stands for Virtual Private Network.

Do you use a VPN?
If you have any antivirus check that you do not have any VPN related option enabled.
