internet connection

Hi  all  i have not used this  lapotop  for a couple of months  and  tge last time  I used it, it was working  fine,  but today  I cannot  get   my  wireless internet connection  ,  my  isp  is not  listed  in the drop down  list, I have tried   "new  connection " I have done  the normal  stuff     and  consulted  my user guide  and  there is a mention of    wireless  light and  button/key   but I can not find these in the   display guides  ,   or  on the machine   so I dont know if its been switched off    ???

re  my last  message   after  4 hours   of  trying  all  options    have now  managged to get my connection  back,  but  still cannot  find  the "  Light or button/key "   ?

I'm glad that you were able to fix the wireless connectivity issue for your HP Notebook - 15-ac121na. 

However, you cannot find the light or the button/key for the wireless function.

During my research, I came across this user guide of the printer. Please click here to access the user guide. The page numbers 11 to 14 have the keys and lights listed but the wireless light is not mentioned. Which means that this model does not have the wireless light.
