internet connection

HP Recommended
Hp pavilion 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

so i just got this computer today and everything works fine and i have done a complete system check and its all OK. their is just a problem with it connecting to my WiFi or even by Ethernet cable. i'm not very tech savvy i would love some help please.
