Hi @juberahmed,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like there may be an issue with the wireless network adapter on your HP laptop. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot the problem.

  • Update the drivers for your wireless network adapter: Go to the HP website and download the latest drivers for your specific laptop model. Install them and see if the issue persists.
  • Change the power settings for your wireless network adapter: In the Device Manager, right-click on your wireless network adapter and select "Properties". Under the "Power Management" tab, uncheck the box that says "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power".
  • Try connecting to a different wireless network: If your laptop connects to other wireless networks without any issues, then the problem may be with your hotspot. Try resetting your hotspot or contacting your internet service provider for assistance.
  • Reset your network settings: Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Status > Network reset. This will reset all your network settings to their default values.
  • Disable any third-party antivirus or firewall software: Sometimes, antivirus or firewall software can interfere with your wireless network connection. Try disabling them temporarily and see if the issue is resolved.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
