Product: HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-fd0000 (70R01AV)

I bought a laptop and it decides when to disconnect from the wifi. I have numerous videos and pictures of it deciding it can't find the internet while the modem is within feet. I have reset both the computer and modem many times, as explained to your useless customer service representatives. It seems they're simply trying to frustrate me until my warranty runs out, which is pathetic customer support.
