Hi @sumit2954 ,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you're experiencing issues with Bluetooth connectivity on your HP Pavilion 15.6 Inch Gaming Laptop PC running Windows 11,

Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

Check Bluetooth Settings:

  • Open the Windows Settings by pressing Windows key + I.
  • Go to Devices > Bluetooth & other devices.
  • Make sure Bluetooth is turned on.
  • Check if your Bluetooth device is listed under "Other devices" or "Audio."

Update Bluetooth Drivers:

  • Right-click on the Start button and select "Device Manager."
  • Expand the "Bluetooth" category.
  • Right-click on your Bluetooth device and select "Update driver."
  • Choose the option to search for drivers automatically.
  • If Windows doesn't find any updates, you might want to visit the HP support website to download and install the latest Bluetooth drivers for your laptop model.

Restart Bluetooth Service:

  • Press Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.
  • Type services.msc and press Enter.
  • Locate the "Bluetooth Support Service" in the list.
  • Right-click on it and select "Restart."

Check for Interference:

  • Bluetooth signals can be affected by interference from other devices. Try moving your laptop and Bluetooth device closer together and away from other electronic devices.

Remove and Re-pair Bluetooth Device:

  • In Bluetooth settings, remove the device that's having connection issues.
  • Put your Bluetooth device into pairing mode and then attempt to pair it again with your laptop.

Check for Windows Updates:

  • Sometimes, Windows updates include fixes for Bluetooth issues. Make sure your Windows 11 is up to date by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.

Reset Bluetooth Stack:

  • Open Command Prompt as Administrator.
  • Type the following commands one by one and press Enter after each:

net stop bthserv
net start bthserv

Run Bluetooth Troubleshooter:

  • Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot.
  • Select "Bluetooth" and then click on "Run the troubleshooter."

Perform System Restore:

  • If Bluetooth was working previously, you might consider performing a system restore to revert your system to a point where Bluetooth was functioning correctly.
