My lap top will not connect to the Cricut Design Space cloud. Have been working with Cricut IT, my anti virus company and still unable to connect to this apps cloud. I can see the info on my android and Cricut IT can see my designs too. My lap top will not connect properly and tells me there are no projects. Cricut IT has basically closed my ticket and said not their problem. Please help.

Hi @PaperGirl23,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble connecting your HP laptop to Cricut Design Space Cloud. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the issue.
- Check your internet connection: Ensure that your laptop is connected to the internet. You can try visiting other websites or using other internet-dependent applications to confirm if your internet connection is stable.
- Clear browser cache: Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then restart the browser. This step can help resolve any temporary issues or conflicts that may be affecting the connection to Cricut Design Space.
- Disable browser extensions: Some browser extensions or add-ons can interfere with the functioning of web applications. Temporarily disable any extensions you have installed and try accessing Cricut Design Space Cloud again.
- Update your browser: Make sure you are using the latest version of your web browser. Outdated browsers may not be fully compatible with certain websites or applications.
- Disable antivirus/firewall: Sometimes, security software can block certain connections or functionality. Temporarily disable your antivirus or firewall software and check if you can connect to Cricut Design Space Cloud. If the issue is resolved, you may need to adjust the settings of your security software to allow the connection.
- Try a different browser: If the issue persists, try accessing Cricut Design Space Cloud using a different web browser. This can help determine if the problem is specific to your current browser.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
