Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Bomdia ou boatarde onde quer que estejam estou usando um Hp probook 650g3 e nao consigo usar o cartao SIM oque posso fazer para resolver isso?

 

frizar que quando introduzo o cartao o dispositivo nao reage e nem mostra de que introduzio se um cartao.

"ligacao de acesso telefonico bloqueado"
