please help.

I bought brand new HP ENVY 15-FE0053DX X360 CORE I7-13TH GEN 16GB RAM 512GB SSD 15.6" SCREEN WIN11. however, from day one and despite good specifications, its lagging and the wi-fi is always turning off and giving a suggestion to switch off and on modem as a troubleshoot. The modem is ok as the wifi is perfectly functioning in my and my sisters mobiles as well as my sister's old laptop and never loses connectivity. Even once i get a connection, it says its with poor connection.

please help me troubleshoot this issue as i need to use teams and other apps and i need to download Microsoft 365 for work.

Your prompt reply is highly appreciated

@Far7ia

The series has TWO options for Wifi adapters BUT its specs does NOT say which one it has, only

                     Wi-Fi 6E (2x2)(19c) and Bluetooth® 5.3 wireless card(25)(26) (supporting gigabit data rate).

The note says  (19c) Wi-Fi 6E requires a Wi-Fi 6E router, sold separately, to function in the 6GHz band.
Availability of public wireless access points limited. Wi-Fi 6E is backwards compatible with prior 802.11 specs. And available in countries where Wi-Fi 6E is supported.

Does your router support that ?

Regards.
