My laptop is losing connectivity to internet sometimes every few minutes, sometimes every hour or so. I have to disconnect it form the wireless network, reconnect and then it works until next time. Sometimes I get no internet access symbol on my wireless connection symbol. Sometimes I do not.

Hey there! @Wiciu, Thanks for stopping by the HP Support Forums!

I understand that you have wireless issues with your laptop.

Please uninstall the wireless drivers from your laptop by going to device manager.

Click on the network adapter, find the wireless driver make sure you make a note of the wireless driver then right click and click uninstall.

Restart your laptop.

Note: Before uninstalling the wireless driver, download the wireless driver.

Also, I have checked the specifications of your laptop and it went with windows 10 64bit.

So the drivers are available only for windows 10 64 bit

Please download and install the wireless driver from this link.

Also, update BIOS from this link.

Please let me know the outcome.

Have a great day! 🙂
