i am unable to use bluetooth on my laptop after carrying out all the recommended solutions from microsoft

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Bluetooth issue on your laptop! 

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.  

  

If your laptop is an HP device, ensure all necessary drivers and profiles are correctly installed for Bluetooth functionality:

Check Device Manager: Verify Bluetooth drivers are installed correctly.

  • Press Windows + X and select Device Manager.
  • Look for Bluetooth in the list and ensure there are no warning icons.

Update Bluetooth Drivers:

  • Go to Device Manager again, right-click on the Bluetooth adapter, and select Update driver.

Check BIOS Settings:

  • Restart your laptop and enter BIOS by pressing F10 during boot.
  • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled in the BIOS settings.

HP Support Assistance:

  • Consider using HP Support Assistant, if installed, to do a full system check and driver update.
