What is your HP 15 Notebook PC ? There are millions of HP 15 Notebook PC's out there. Probably your machine only supports 2.4GHz networks.
Please allow your router to broadcast dual bands (2.4GHz and 5.0GHz). Your HP 15 Notebook PC can see 2.4GHz SSID and allow you to connect.
