@Saketh123_, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

Bluetooth connectivity issues with HP laptops can be frustrating, but here are several troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the problem:

Update Bluetooth Drivers: Ensure that your laptop's Bluetooth drivers are up-to-date. Visit the HP support website and download the latest drivers specific to your laptop model.

Check Bluetooth Device Compatibility: Verify that your Bluetooth device is compatible with the laptop and that it's fully charged.

Remove and Re-Pair the Device: In the Bluetooth settings, remove the device and pair it again to clear any temporary connectivity issues.

Bluetooth Settings: Go to 'Settings' > 'Devices' > 'Bluetooth & other devices'. Remove any unused Bluetooth devices that might be conflicting with the audio device.

Check Interference: Make sure there are no devices causing interference, such as other wireless devices.

Restart Bluetooth Services: Restart the “Bluetooth Support Service” in Windows Services. You can access this by searching for “services.msc” in the Start menu.

Bluetooth Troubleshooter: Run the Windows Bluetooth Troubleshooter by navigating to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters > Bluetooth.

Check for Windows Updates: Make sure your Windows operating system is fully updated, as updates can sometimes fix bugs and improve connectivity.

Check Power Settings: Ensure that power-saving settings are not disabling Bluetooth. Go to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Power Options, then change the power settings related to wireless adapters.

Also, I suggest you refer to this guide: HP PCs - Troubleshooting a Bluetooth connection in Windows 10 | HP® Support

I hope this helps.
