my laptop is not supporting to blue tooth devices.i installed bluetooth drivers from hp.com after that it's showing your device is not supporting to bluetooth device

Namastey and a very good day to you. I reviewed the case and will be happy to assist you here. Great description of the issue and Kudos to you for that.

  • Please provide the complete product number or model number of the computer to check if it has Bluetooth connectivity.
  • Did you check the product specs of the computer and check if Bluetooth is listed in the specifications?

A great workaround if your notebook does not have Bluetooth connectivity,   would be is to order a USB Bluetooth dongle or receiver from Amazon or eBay or from a local store and connect it to one of the USB ports of the computer. It will fix the issue for you.This is very cost effective and an economical solution also. It should work perfectly.
