Hi @Krish262

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query.

I understand that you see a Error Code 43 which means Windows has stopped the Bluetooth adapter because it detected a problem with the device. This is usually caused by a corrupted driver, Windows update conflict, power management settings, or a hardware communication issue. I would request you to please follow the steps:

Perform a complete power reset

  • Shut down the HP laptop completely.
  • Disconnect the charger and all USB devices.
  • Press and hold the Power button for 30 seconds.
  • Connect the charger and turn the laptop back on.
  • Check if Bluetooth works normally.

Run the Bluetooth troubleshooter

  • Press Windows + I to open Settings.
  • Go to:
System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters
  • Locate Bluetooth.
  • Click Run.
  • Apply any recommended fixes.
  • Restart the laptop.

Reinstall the MediaTek Bluetooth driver

  • Press Windows + X.
  • Select Device Manager.
  • Expand Bluetooth.
  • Right-click MediaTek Bluetooth Adapter.
  • Select Uninstall device.
  • If available, check:
Delete the driver software for this device.
  • Click Uninstall.
  • Restart the laptop.
  • Windows should reinstall the Bluetooth driver automatically.

Install Windows optional driver updates

  • Press Windows + I.
  • Go to: Windows Update > Advanced options > Optional updates
  • Open Driver updates.
  • Install any available Bluetooth, wireless, or chipset updates.
  • Restart the laptop.

Hope this helps, Please revert if the issue persists.

Take care and have an amazing day!

I'm an HP Employee.
