Hi @Betibug

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

Thank you for your patience and for trying to connect—it’s completely understandable how frustrating it is when the printer won’t move past that screen.

If your HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e is stuck on the “Go to setup website” screen, it means the printer is still in first-time setup mode and needs to be initialized using the HP App before it can function.

Let’s walk through the steps to complete the setup and get your printer ready to use.

1. Prepare the Printer

  • Make sure the printer is powered on and showing the “Go to setup” screen.
  • Ensure it is not connected via USB yet—this step comes later.

2. Install the HP App on Your Windows 11 PC

  • Open the Microsoft Store on your PC.
  • Search for HP App and install it.

3. Connect to the Same Wi-Fi Network

  • Ensure your PC is connected to the same Wi-Fi network you want the printer to use.
  • If your printer supports a touchscreen, it should already be in Wi-Fi setup mode. If not, reset the network settings:
    • On the printer, tap the Wi-Fi icon or go to Settings > Network Setup > Restore Network Settings.

4. Launch the HP App and Add the Printer

  • Open the HP App.
  • Click Set up a new printer.
  • The app will search for printers in setup mode.
  • Select your HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e when it appears.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to Wi-Fi and complete the setup.

5. Wait for the Printer to Finalize Setup

  • Once setup is complete, the printer will automatically move past the “Go to setup website” screen.
  • You’ll be able to print, scan, and access settings from the HP App.

  • Restart your printer and PC.
  • Ensure Bluetooth and Location Services are enabled on your PC (required for discovery).
  • Try connecting the printer via USB cable temporarily during setup if Wi-Fi detection fails.

Once the setup is complete, your printer will exit the setup screen and be ready for use. You’ve done a great job staying persistent—let me know if you’d like help with USB fallback or checking firmware updates after setup.
