Hi @Himanshu_Kumar

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

I’m sorry you’re dealing with this—it’s frustrating when Wi-Fi suddenly disappears from the taskbar.

Here are some steps to troubleshoot:

1. Restart Your Laptop

  • Turn off your laptop and unplug the power adapter.
  • Wait 30 seconds, then turn it back on.

2. Check Airplane Mode

  • Press Win + A to open Quick Settings.
  • Ensure Airplane Mode is turned off.

3. Enable Wi-Fi in Settings

  • Open SettingsNetwork & InternetWi-Fi.
  • Ensure Wi-Fi is turned on and connected to a network.

4. Run Windows Troubleshooter

  • Open SettingsSystemTroubleshootOther Troubleshooters.
  • Select Network Adapter and click Run.

5. Update Wi-Fi Drivers

  • Open Device Manager (Win + X → Device Manager).
  • Expand Network Adapters.
  • Right-click your Wi-Fi adapter and select Update driver.

6. Reset Network Settings

  • Open SettingsNetwork & InternetAdvanced network settings.
  • Click Network reset and restart your laptop.
