@AlokInfra_Dev, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Network Connectivity for Victus by HP!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
If your Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop is not connecting to your Wi-Fi network and is unable to detect available networks, there are several steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
Steps to resolve Wi-Fi connectivity issue:
Check Wi-Fi Toggle:
- Ensure that the laptop's Wi-Fi is turned on. Look for a physical toggle button/switch or a key combination (often Fn + F12) that enables/disables Wi-Fi.
Restart Devices:
- Restart your laptop and Wi-Fi router. This can often resolve connectivity issues.
Verify Wi-Fi Settings:
- Check if the Wi-Fi setting is enabled in the Windows settings.
- Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi and ensure it is turned on.
Update Network Drivers:
- Go to Device Manager on your laptop and find Network adapters. Right-click on your Wi-Fi adapter and select Update driver.
- You can also visit the HP Support website to download and install the latest drivers for your specific laptop model.
Forget and Reconnect to Wi-Fi Network:
- Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi > Manage known networks.
- Find your network, select it, and click Forget. Then try reconnecting by entering the Wi-Fi password again.
Check Network Adapter:
- Open Network Connections by typing it in the Windows search bar.
- Ensure your network adapter does not have a red cross or yellow exclamation mark.
Hope this helps!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
