Hello,

 

My pc is unable to detect any device via bluetooth. Going through FAQs, I understood that the drivers need to be uninstalled and installed again for it to work properly. However, the automatic installation of device drivers always says the installation is unsuccessful especially with bluetooth RFCOMM protocol TDI and Personal area network drivers. Can somebody please help me in solving this issue.

What is the full model number or product number of your notebook?

What model wifi adapter does your notebook have?

 

If you don't know, go to the device manager, click to expand the Network Adapters device manager category, and there you will find the name and model number of the wireless network adapter.

model number of my pc is E4Y16PA#ACJ

 

the model wifi adapter is Qualcomm Atheros QCA9565 802.11b/g/n WiFi Adapter

 

as far as I understood, this is the information you were asking, wish I was not wrong.

 

Hope you would help me further in resolving my issue.
