Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I am using HP Pavilion G6. When i was using Win 7 the lan drivers got installed and when i upgraded to Win 10 OS the wlan shows orange light and wifi unable to connect to internet. I am using external USB dongle and make use of the laptop with internet.I been trying with various drivers and everything in vain. I need the wlan driver of RTL8192DE and unable to find this driver, can any one help me in sharing the driver link.

hi, thanks for the solution and it worked. I have jio network with 4G and 5G in my home.. The laptop wifi is able to connect to 4G and its not showing 5g in the available network and 5G i am able to connect to mobile, how to solve this issue.

As far as I am aware, the RTL8192DE is a single band wifi card that works on the 2.4 GHz wifi band only.

 

It is not a dual band wifi card and cannot work on the 5.0 GHz wifi band.

 

If you need dual band wifi, you will have to buy a USB dual band wifi adapter.
