Linux

Greetings, I have an HP Envy TouchSmart E0L06UAR #ABA with Debian Linux 10.9 installed. Everything including the touch screen is working well, except for audio and bluetooth. I would very much appreciate your help with these problems.

I have installed the packages firmware-iwlwifi, wireless-tools, linux-headers-4.19.0-21-all but am still unable to get bluetooth working; the system apparently doesn't recognize the bluetooth adapter. Some diagnostics at the root prompt (#):

# bluetooth on
bluetooth = none (no device)

# hcitool dev
Devices:
# rfkill
ID TYPE DEVICE      SOFT      HARD
0 wlan phy0   unblocked unblocked
# systemctl status bluetooth
● bluetooth.service - Bluetooth service

rfkill                 28672  8 hp_wmi,bluetooth,cfg80211
crc16                  16384  2 bluetooth,ext4

Everything seems like it should be working, but the bluetooth adapter device isn't found, so my bluetooth speakers have nothing to connect to.

Please help me to resolve this problem, and thank you.
