Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am unable to connect with my cricut Joy and versa watch using bluetooth. My laptop is able to detect these devices but will not recognize it and will not connect. There are no windows 11 drivers that are currently available with my laptop. Already tried reinstalling the drivers in the device manager, did use the feature reset this PC(keep my files) and to no avail. Any troubleshooting steps that may help? Thanks.

Hi:

 

According to the product specs for your notebook, it comes with an Intel® Wireless-AC 9461 802.11b/g/n/ac (1x1) Wi-Fi® and Bluetooth® 5 adapter.

The only suggestion I can offer, would be to use the W11 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers for that model Wi-Fi adapter directly from the Intel website:

 

Wi-Fi:

 

Windows® 10 and Windows 11* Wi-Fi Drivers for Intel® Wireless Adapters

 

Bluetooth:

 

Intel® Wireless Bluetooth® for Windows® 10 and Windows 11*
