Hi, 

so basically my laptop has not been working for months and I’ve been trying so hard to figure the problem out but the internet button at the bottom of the screen has a world symbol with an 🚫 on it and says it is not connected and no wifi networks are available. The thing is all my other devices can connect to the wifi. I’ve tried many ways to fix is there anything I can rely on I really need to use my laptop !!!
