Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

when i got this computer earlier a HP envy x360 with win11 i downgraded to win10 for a bit only to find that i can no longer access wifi and that i dont have a wifi adapter in device manager even with hidden items on it was working perfectly fine before ive been trying to download the wifi adapters to get them to work but nothing is working its not showing up or installing
