Hi @Aalok4,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your laptop's WiFi. Unfortunately, I cannot view images or attachments as a text-based AI model. However, I can provide you with some general steps to troubleshoot and fix WiFi issues on your HP Notebook:

Check Physical Switch or Button:

  • Ensure that there isn't a physical switch or button on your laptop that toggles the WiFi on and off. It's often located on the sides or front of the laptop.

Function Key:

  • Some laptops use a combination of the Fn key and a function key (e.g., F2, F3) to toggle WiFi. Look for a key with a wireless symbol and use the Fn key to enable WiFi.

Device Manager:

  • Right-click on the Start menu and select "Device Manager."
  • Locate the "Network adapters" section, expand it, and right-click on your WiFi adapter.
  • Select "Enable" if it's disabled, or "Update driver" to update the driver software.

Network Troubleshooter:

  • Press Win + I to open Settings.
  • Go to "Update & Security" > "Troubleshoot."
  • Run the "Internet Connections" troubleshooter.

Check Airplane Mode:

  • Ensure that Airplane Mode is turned off. This mode disables all wireless communication, including WiFi.

HP Support Assistant:

  • If your laptop has HP Support Assistant installed, open it and check for any available updates or troubleshooting options.

Manually Download and Install WiFi Drivers:

  • Visit the HP support website, enter your laptop model, and download the latest WiFi drivers. Manually install them and restart your laptop.

If you're encountering an error during the installation of the WiFi driver, consider the following:

Compatibility:

  • Make sure you are downloading the correct driver for your specific laptop model and the operating system.

Administrator Privileges:

  • Run the driver installation as an administrator. Right-click on the installer and select "Run as administrator."

Antivirus Software:

  • Temporarily disable your antivirus software during the installation to ensure it's not interfering.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
