Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello! Recently I've been getting an unexpected store exception BSOD and I noticed I had 2 errors, one next to PCI device and one next to pci simple controller communications. I was able to fix the latter but PCI device still needs a driver. If anyone could helo, I'd appreciate it so I can see if that's why I'm getting the  BSOD

In order to provide you with the correct Realtek card reader driver (which is what you need), I would need to know the full model number or product number of your notebook.

 

Find Your HP Laptop Name, Product Number, or Serial Number | HP Notebooks | HP Support
