Guten Tag,

 

ich habe Probleme dabei die fehlenden Treiber für meinen Laptop zu installieren.

 

Es fehlen die für den Ethernet-Controller, Netzwerkkontroller sowie PCI-Device.

 

Ich habe bereits hier http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-2000-300-notebook-pc-series/5145724/model/5173024... versucht die entsprechenden Treiber zu laden.

Da scheinbar nicht die geforderten darunter waren, habe ich versucht selbst die Treiber zu finden.

Laut Details sind die physikalischen Namen wie folgt:

  • Netzwerkcontroller: Device\NTPNP\PCI_0025
  • Ethernet-Controller: Device\NTPNP_0024
  • PCI-Device: Device\NTPNP_0023

Ich bin momentan leider wirklich ratlos 😞  Vielen Dank für eure Hilfe.

For the non German speakers here my Problem formulated in English as well:

 

I want to install the missing drivers for the ehernet-controller, network-controller and the PCI device.

 

I already tried to install the ones shown here: http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-2000-300-notebook-pc-series/5145724/model/5173024...

 

I also tried to search them myself on the internet by the physicaal device names, but somehow I'm unable to find the required ones.

the Physical device names are:

  • network controller: Device\NTPNP\PCI_0025
  • Ethernet Controller: Device\NTPNP_0024
  • PCI Device: Device\NTPNP_0023

 

If someone could help me, I'd be very grateful
