Hi @Siri_05,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The HP 14s series laptops are not designed for making calls using a SIM card. These laptops typically have a SIM card slot that is used for mobile data connectivity, similar to a mobile hotspot, which allows you to connect to the internet using a cellular data connection. It does not have the capability to make or receive phone calls.

If you want to make calls from your laptop, you would need to use VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) applications or services like Skype, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or a similar communication platform. These applications allow you to make voice and video calls over the internet using your laptop's microphone and speakers, or a headset with a microphone.

If you have a specific VoIP application in mind that you'd like to use, you can install it on your laptop, create an account, and then use it to make calls. Each VoIP service has its own setup and usage instructions, so you may want to refer to the specific application's documentation or support resources for guidance on making calls.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
