Have recently upgraded my Virgin package....10 year old router replaced with a new Virgin Hub.  Now my printer will not reconnect.  Online support says press and hold Cancel and Wireless buttons until power light blinks, to reset Wifi setup.

But power light does not blink.  Help!

Welcome to HP Support Forum. Please use the following Guide:

                  https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1736500-1626554-16

Please also note: Your printer may only support 2.4GHz therefore you need to check and allow your router to broadcast both (dual) bands which are 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz.

Regards.

Apologies Banhien for taking so long to reply. I had already tried the guide you mentioned, without success, so it looks like it may be the different frequencies that you mentioned. On that basis I contacted my provider Virgin Media, hoping for a quick fix....but I am now on my third day of phone calls to them and no success yet.

Will let you know if it ever gets sorted out!

Hub now set up for 2.4GHz, but still won`t connect to printer. After several hours on phone to Vitgin have now given up!
