Your printer is waking up from sleep and getting a different IP address from the Wi-Fi system it is connected to. It is online but your PC has an old address. It is like someone changing their phone number and not telling you. The quickest way to solve this is to print directly to the printer using Wi-Fi direct. Alternately go into the modem / router and have the DHCP server assign a fixed IP address for each device at your location. That way they never change. While you are logged into the modem / router be sure to assign a different name (SSID) to the 5ghz than the 2.4ghz band has. Possibly the printer is waking up from sleep and ends up in a different band than it was before.
For general help for new router or printer please refer to this article in our printer database.
Please provide the exact model name of the printer for better assistance as I may be able to find videos to show how to connect or fix the problem. A printer can be a PRO or a PLUS or have the letter 'e' after the number and that can make a big difference. Some printers with the same number ID could be a LaserJet, Deskjet, or Officejet.
